SITE SUPER-STRUCTURE & SECTION FLOWCHART - AT&T
Information Architecture has various ways to approach the application. Here I planned an inventory of a very complex existing site, this for AT&T Support.
Another early IA analysis is understanding various tasks by various user types. CDC, having implented various content protocols and a new CMS, needed a detailed IA analysis to see what areas were linked to what - and how they related contextually.
Data flow, at this systemic level, is often critical to the user experience. This flowchart documents the heirarchy of the taxonomy via levels and depth, as well as specific landing content targets.
