Dycom is a communication-logistics and service provider. Per request, they did not have a clear diagram modeling their front-to-back contract and fulfillment process.
This Entity Relationship document was produced from many interviews across the company: not only used to derive data-collection points and sources for UX integration but this document was also used in other ways by C-level executives who had never seen such a document for Dycom.
