UX ANALYSIS
APCO, a premier custom high-end commercial sign manufacturer, wanted a tool for their architect and interior design customers to design and submit their sign designs for faster quotes. DesignStudio was deployed, getting very positive customer engagement and increased quote-requests by 90%.
This dashboard supports a data-security application with real-time data and customizable views/layouts. Responsive design.
Built for a leading InsurTech corporation, this application lets adjusters, quote creators, and risk officers evaluate dozens of image-based/AI criteria in 8 panels (2 are shown here).
This panel is a network/application status product. Each card canbe expanded for more details.
Layout design is a quick dashboard-like view of PowerBI-generated reports for policy and claims.
Nordson Corporation is a world-leading manufacturer of many types of system components, including automated packaging. Using Human-Machine Interface best practices, this pattern-controlled touch-screen interface allowed international users to design custom packaging "jobs"
The screen is 3X5 inches, and could not use any text to be language-agnostic: I created a symbol library to allow specific interactions.
This sample page is from a multi-page UX Strategic analysis document, derived from business requirements, technical team collaboration, user research, and UX best practices.
ENTITY RELATIONSHIP DIAGRAM
Dycom is a communication-logistics and service provider. Per request, they did not have a clear diagram modeling their front-to-back contract and fulfillment process. This Entity Relationship document was produced from many interviews across the company: not only used to derive data-collection points and sources for UX integration but this document was also used in other ways by C-level executives who had never seen such a document for Dycom.
